Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Route Sales Territory Manager based in Southeast QLD. As a Route Sales Territory Manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve selling our products to the public and businesses. You will be responsible for managing a specific territory, building and maintaining customer relationships, delivering products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- A high strike rate when cold calling on potential customers
- Merchandising of products in store and increasing customer’s product knowledge, developing weekly business plans and adhering to call cycle daily
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Customer Relationship Management
- Reporting and Analysis
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the Southeast Queensland area is a plus
- Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
- Familiarity with local businesses and customer base is a plus
Remuneration will consist of a generous salary plus car allowance, own reliable car (maximum 2.5 litre) is essential. Rewards programs are in place.
