Are you passionate about helping individuals achieve their career goals? Our client, a Well-Established RTO based in Queensland is seeking a skilled and dedicated RPL Assessorto join their team on a contract basis.
As an RPL Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing and recognizing individuals' prior learning and skills and guiding them towards their desired qualifications and career paths in the Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management and the Certificate IV in Ageing Support. You may need to travel around Queensland to deliver RPL assessment.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments in compliance with ASQA Standards for RTOs.
- Monitor student progress and provide necessary support.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of assessment processes.
- Participate in internal assessment moderations and validations.
- Drive continuous improvement processes within the organization.
- Maintain professional development aligned with industry standards and RTO requirements.
- Conduct on-site direct observations and demonstrate proficiency in assessment practices, including RPL.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant industry knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
- Familiarity with ASQA, SAS, and Training Package requirements.
- Understanding of competency-based training and RPL assessment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to complete documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Adaptive facilitation skills to foster an inclusive learning environment.
Qualification Requirements:
- TAE40122 Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or higher TAE qualification).
- Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
- CHC43015 - Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- CHC62015 - Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management
