RTO Administrator (Temp)

The Company 

Our company is a leading provider of outcome focused vocational education and training programs. They offer International and Domestic students nationally accredited qualification across Aged Care, Health and Community Care.

The Role 

As an RTO Administrator, you will be responsible for processing enrolments, answering student enquiries, managing the student management system (aXcelerate) and will be tasked with general office duties, in line with the business.

This is a temporary position with an immediate start for the right candidate, with the possibility of extension. Our client is located in North Sydney. The position is Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm daily.

Key Responsibilities 

• Processing enrolments
• Record learner enrolments, learner attendance, learner participation, learner progress and assessment results
• Management of the Student Management System (aXcelerate)
• Maintain and update student files
• Answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner
• Answering student enquiries
• General office duties

The Successful Candidate 

• Previous experience with a Student Management System (aXcelerate)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• A high level of skill in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel
• Data entry skills with particular attention to accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and self manage workload
