Due to business growth, we are seeking an RTO Customer Service Officerto join our award winning team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to use and develop your administrative and organisational skills, as well as contributing to the delivery of excellence throughout our organisation.

About the role - 

We are seeking an Customer Service Officer to become part of the ASSET group. You will be a part of an enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking team that completes all jobs in a professional and welcoming manner. Therefore, we need you to be self-motivated, reliable and enjoy a challenge. You need to possess a "can do" attitude. 

If you love a challenge and have strong problem-solving skills to create a high standard of work, you are exactly what Asset College are looking for! You will have the support of the entire team.

Skills and experience - 

Applicants should be keen to learn and be motivated to achieve goals to build a career within an office/administration environment. 

You should also be adle to demonstrate:

  • Strong Customer Service focus
  • Be well presented, enthusiastic and punctual
  • Ability to follow instructions, ask questions and be willing to learn
  • Be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status
  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative role (RTO knowledge advantageous, also accepting entry level - lean on the job)
  • Computer skills using the Microsoft Office Suite of Products: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Your duties will include, but not limited to

  • Support students with their learning journey
  • Ensure student records are regularly updated, checked as they are completed by the trainer/administration staff and report any concerns
  • Assist and follow up with leads in the student management system 
  • Process enquires and enrolments for RTO students
  • Assist with reporting requirements and providing various required information to government departments
  • Support Customer Service roles as required
