Randstad is recruiting multiple ongoing temporary positions with a national organisation. Working in a fast paced environment you will be assisting customers with their general queries, escalating more complex cases and resolving complaints.
You will be given extensive training (4 weeks) and then on the job training (2 weeks). Once this on site training is completed and you are deemed suitable to do so, you will be working from home 4 days per week with 1 day in the office for team meetings and training. The office is conveniently located in Queen St close to multiple public transport links.
Once your day in the office is confirmed this will be kept consistent to allow you to plan ahead.
Duties:
Providing timely service to internal and external customers
Take inbound phone calls from customers and also liaise via emails
Record all information accurately across multiple systems to keep accurate records
Resolve queries and escalate where appropriate and required
Experience/Skills required:
A passion for delivering excellent Customer Service
Previous experience in a customer centric environment (contact center experience is highly regarded)
A positive mind-set
Demonstrated resilience
Candidates must undergo a criminal history check & drug and alcohol check prior to commencing in the role (cost will be covered by Randstad).
