ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting new opportunity exists for an experienced RTO Manager to join our collaborative team in a hybrid role, based in Drummoyne. This is fantastic opportunity for a seasoned RTO Manager to lead the establishment of our new Registered Training Organisation arm of the business. This role will act as an advisor to the Operations Manager, with key responsibilities including:
- Lead the development and oversight of operational requirements of the RTO
- Ensure quality and compliance obligations are met
- Establish required systems, processes and policies
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the RTO
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the team
The role is part time with access to a hybrid working model, please indicate how many days you are available to work as part of your application.
ABOUT YOU
You will be joining an established and reputable organisation that is entering an exciting phase to develop and grow our RTO. We would consider this arm of the business ‘start-up esque’, with a nimble and hardworking team.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and support the team with a range of RTO establishment activities. We are looking for someone with drive, who is forward thinking and understands the need to be flexible.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Extensive experience in the development, operations and management of an RTO
- Knowledge and experience with ASQA requirements as an RTO
- Detailed knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Student Management Systems
- Experience designing, delivering and facilitating AQF training courses
- Strong project management skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure a high standard of work
- A high level of professionalism with the ability to manage time and work well
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach and ability to use their initiative
- Strong customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, preferably with Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- A certificate IV in Training and Assessment
