Our client is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offering nationally accredited real estate training programs to become a licensed Real Estate Agent. They are the industry's preferred training partner and provide premium training and gold class support.
The Role
As an RTO Student Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the training and project delivery teams, students, and clients. This is an office-based role in a small team.
This is a permanent full-time position, located in Rosebery, NSW.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and students throughout their learning journey
- Delivering comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the training delivery teams and project managers, including managing student management systems and online learning platforms. (e.g., enrolment processing, invoicing, accounts receivable, payment reminders, course scheduling, and resulting and processing of qualifications)
- Processing student data accurately and efficiently
- General training co-ordination (working with management, trainers, BDMs, compliance, marketing and office staff)
- Coordinating and providing course-specific and general administrative support
- Database and systems management
- Generate required internal reports
- Assistance with compliance reporting
- Setting up courses
- Previous experience in a similar role within the education sector or related fields
- Handling course and student lifecycle from start to end
- Strong motivation, independence, and initiative
- Exceptional customer service and administration skills, with a detailed understanding of processes and systems
- Experience with Student Management System: VETtrak
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Knowledge of training and development products and services and quality assurance frameworks
