About the role/s
Australian Training Plus (ATPlus) are seeking exceptional and passionate accredited Trainer/Assessors to deliver multiple qualifications across the New England region:
• Traffic Control
• HSR
• Powerlines
• White Card
• Forklift Licence
• First Aid
• Work Safely at Heights
• Confined Spaces
• Fire training (warden, chief warded, fire extinguishers).
About Us
Australian Training Plus (ATPlus) as part of Joblink Plus, is a for-purpose, no t-for-profit organisation collectively providing employment services and vocational training. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we deliver training across NSW in approximately 60 qualifications and short courses, with Joblink Plus delivering employment services covering around 70% of the state to communities across rural and regional NSW, including Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, Disability Employment Services, Employability Skills Training, and Parents Next. We also support communities through direct contributions, social enterprises, and volunteering, partnering with a range of organisations with shared values.

About You
• Able to travel
• Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
• Demonstrated experience in various modes of delivery
• Ability to engage with a range of student/trainees
• Exceptionally organised, with great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the VET Sector and the National Standards for RTOs
• Relevant industry licences and accreditation if applicable
Essential Criteria
• TAE40116, TAE40122 Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
• Relevant qualifications, experience, and industry currency (please include in your resume) in the units which are being delivered/assessed
• Strong knowledge of the VET Sector and the National Standards for RTOs
• Current (within the last two/three years) continuous industry experience
• A current Working with Children Check
• A current Class C Driver’s License
