The Federal Government appointed Country SA PHN to enhance the delivery of focused and appropriate health services to the rural communities of South Australia.
The goal of the organisation is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of health services for people particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes, improve the coordination of health services, and increase access and quality support for people.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Foundation Coordinator to join our team.
The Rural Health Innovation Fund Coordinator will be responsible and accountable for managing and coordinating activities that will include:
- All aspects of managing the Foundation including operations, logistics, reporting and acquittals.
- Coordinating the assessment, review preparing, and tracking foundation proposals.
- Promote the activities of the Foundation with internal and external stakeholders, including the development of a Foundation Newsletter, promotional tools, and event opportunities.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and account management to foundation supporters and ensuring funded initiatives are delivered within budget and to agreed KPIs.
- Maintaining accurate files, records and other information relating to engagement and communication with applicants, donors and philanthropic supporters in relevant centralised systems and locations, including CRM.
- Working with senior communications colleagues and strategy leads to develop and improve knowledge mobilisation and dissemination of Foundation initiatives.
- Coordinate the details of the special events related to the Foundation.
- Support the solicitation of external grants and philanthropic funding/donations.
- Identify and execute opportunities to grow partnerships and expand revenue sources.
- Solicit renewal of formal corporate partnerships, including writing and pitching proposals.
- Administering all aspects of Foundation solicitations.
- Coordinate the reporting on activity to the board of directors and CEO.
Other duties:
- Attend and present at meetings, seminars, forums when required.
