Mega Pacific is a leading Australian provider of power take-offs and hydraulic equipment to the transport industry. We are a subsidiary of the Interpump Group, a major multinational manufacturer based in Italy.
We are seeking an energetic and well organised Technical Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our Adelaide team. Based at our Wingfield location, you will be joining a market leader focused on the supply and installation of power transmission and hydraulic systems for trucks.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Manage all technical & logistical activities associated with the supply and installation of hydraulic systems to commercial vehicles.
- Liaise and coordinate installations in collaboration with customers and workshop technicians.
- Answer inbound customer inquiries.
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Procurement of components and consumables from intercompany and external sources.
Ideally the successful candidate will have
- Mechanical/hydraulic trade qualifications or experience.
- A positive and confident personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Competency using Excel, Outlook & ERP systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A valid SA Driver’s licence.
