About the Role...
We have an exciting ongoing opportunity for a suitably qualified Technical Officer to join our Roads & Stormwater team, commencing as soon as possible. The Roads & Stormwater team are responsible for the maintenance of our City's road and drainage infrastructure and this role will you see you supporting works programs and activities by undertaking effective investigation, survey and design to develop best outcome solutions that meet compliance and Australian engineering standards.

About You...
You will need to hold relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering and Design, Field Surveying and/or be able to demonstrate technical competency in road and drainage infrastructure.
In addition you will have
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in the field of surveying, and surveying methods.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, experience in investigation and design solutions for localised stormwater issues.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience with Civil maintenance, and construction techniques.
- Demonstrated knowledge skills and understanding in the use of AutoCAD/CivilCAD or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly express ideas and concepts to others.
