SA - Trade Assistant/Trainee Splicer

Fenner Conveyors, a Michelin Group Company, are looking for a Trainee Belt Splicer for our Cavan Branch based in South Australia to be responsible for assisting our trade-qualified technicians in the maintenance, service, repair, and assembly of conveyor components and systems.

Due to our continued growth and success, we are now seeking a motivated, self-starter to join our Branch and grasp at the opportunity to join as a trainee. The choice is yours!

What do we need from you?

• Must have a strong safety focus!
• Hold a current drivers licence
• Previous experience in a Trade Assistant position ideally in a related industry sector, i.e. manufacturing or mining;
• Possess good mechanical aptitude, as well as sound communication and numerical skills
• Ability to work on-call and overtime.
• Prepared to undergo a full Pre-employment Medical as well as National Police Check.
• Ideally hold any of the following: Forklift ticket, Working at Heights, Doggers, Basic Riggers, confined space
