Safety And Compliance Manager

Company Overview:
Our client is a leading provider of cleaning and security services to the Airports and Aviation industry, serving both domestic and international airports. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Safety and Compliance Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Safety and Compliance programs for all Aviation and services.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to integrate safety measures into daily activities and processes.
• Keep abreast of changes in regulations and industry trends, and update policies and procedures accordingly.
• Lead incident investigations, analyse root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance safety awareness and Compliance among staff.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and participate in relevant industry forums.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports as required.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Safety and Compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Safety and Compliance Manager in the Aviation or the Maritime industry.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CSM) is a plus.
