Duties:
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out site visits to businesses throughout Queensland
- Conducting regular meetings with clients
- Training businesses on emergency evacuation procedures and more
- Utilising Powerpoint presentations to display learning content
- Coordinating meetings, making outbound calls, and sending emails
- Completing general administration tasks and CRM updates

- Work from home! You'll be on the road 4-5 days a week. When you are not training, this role is hybrid between working from home and the office.
Skills and Experience
Required:
- Current “C” Class Driver’s Licence with a good driving record
- Experience within a customer service, sales or training role where you have delivered presentations to businesses
- Ability to occasionally travel interstate if required
- Computer literacy across Powerpoint and Zoom/MS Teams
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- Ability to gain engagement from your audience and train with enthusiasm
Desirable, but not essential:
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- Fire Safety Advisor (FSA) qualification
- Exposure to Emergency Management standards or WHS
