AddressVentia are engaged to provide facility management of the Royal North Hospital and Northern Beaches Hospitals located in Sydney. We're hiring a Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Advisor to partner with key stakeholders to provide advice and support for compliance and operational excellence relating to Health and Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

About the role:
- Coach and mentor operational personnel across the Royal North Shore and Northern Beaches hospital sites with the development and application of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality systems and processes.
- Partner with SHEQ Manager to prepare annual Project Integrated Audit & Inspection Plan and maintain the plan.
- Schedule and conduct internal audits and action tracking to ensure compliance with Ventia requirements, and certifications/accreditations are maintained.
- Conduct critical control checks and inspections in accordance with the risk profile.
- Review contracts and identify the project contractual deliverables. Implement adequate assurance program to monitor & review the compliance with contractual KPI's.
About You:
- Cert IV or Diploma in relevant WHS.
- Sound experience in Workplace, Health, and Safety. Ideally demonstrated success in delivery of internal audit programs.
- Ability to clearly communicate and consult to deliver strategies to ensure compliance, minimise risk and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and a positive team culture.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
