- As an Safety Incident Response Consultant, you play an important role in supporting Telstra to understand and embrace the Safety, Security and Wellbeing (SSW) standards and compliance requirements to ensure a safe workplace for all.
- The SSW Incident Response Team provides holistic incident management to Telstra operations globally.
- You will follow best practice and implement effective risk mitigations that reduce the likelihood, impacts and consequences of SSW incidents across the across the Telstra Group.
- Relevant diploma and/or certification in Safety, Security, Environment OR Allied Health Management
- Proven experience and background in Health, Safety, Security and Environment standards
- Understanding of the incident and hazard reporting/handling—plus workplace risk assessment
- Strong stakeholder management—internal and external
- Experience in driving strategic value to improve performance
- Experience working with Safety or Environmental Regulators would be highly regarded
- Relevant tertiary degree qualification
