Reporting to the HSEQ Systems Supervisor the Safety Training Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating logistics, including invites, travel, venue booking and catering where required. This role will assist with workshop printing and supplies and follow up with leaders to ensure maximum attendance to events.

Roster: Fixed Term Full-Time
To be successful the following is required:
- Proficient experience in logging data and managing workshop registrations
- Desired experience in arranging leadership activities and following up
- Logistics management
- Experience working across Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously, including as part of a 'virtual team'
- Ability to influence outcomes and manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication skills
