We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Sales Associate/Agent to work alongside our company directors and their high performance team. Both entering the industry in 2018, Sam Taylor and Beau Hedley are renowned for their sales volume, outstanding service and ethical approach. We are looking for a motivated individual who has strong desire to improve their skillset and proficiency, ultimately being taught the blueprint of success.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate within a fast-paced and driven business unit, you will play a pivotal role in their continued success, ultimately leading to your own personal success and development. This position offers a unique opportunity for aspiring or established agents to accelerate their learning as they are mentored on market-leading practices, proven to be effective by the educators themselves (we practice what we preach).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the team to identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers.
- Assist in preparing and conducting property viewings, meetings, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values.
- Coordinate and organise property showings, open houses, and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management and campaign coordination.
- Set goals and accountability for their future development and career aspirations - we want to support your growth long term!
Qualifications:
- Valid NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 1 or 2 License Holder.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
- Prior experience in real estate is a bonus but not essential.
