Responsibilities 

This position sits as a critical function for managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relations. You will be responsible for a broad array of tasks starting with championing the company values and guiding principles. You will have an intricate and detailed understanding of the mechanics of the business and lead the way to ensure a tradie focused customer experience, reliability of vehicle and flexibility of service. 

Leveraging your ability to build relationships and identify customer requirements you will be responsible for building a new business to business sales channel. 

You will gain a thorough understanding of company strategies and follow these daily. You will look for opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency by dissecting processes and procedures with relevant stakeholders. 

Duties include: 

  • Sales
    • Growing and expanding the client base through securing medium to large size fleet orders to meet monthly KPI’s.
    • Facilitating end to end customer service from initial enquiry to customer taking delivery of the vehicle.
    • Seeking new opportunities to offer our unique fleet rental services to new and existing clients.
    • Seeking out key decision makers in prospects. 
    • Cultivating a network of industry specific relationships. 
  • Fleet Customer Development and Retention
    • Building and maintaining professional relationships with key decision makers.
    • Maintaining clear and concise communication, setting, and delivering on expectations to ensure a great customer experience.
    • Always upholding an exceptional level of corporate professionalism.

You will have: 

  • Prior knowledge of the fleet management, finance and/or automotive industry.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing processes and growing teams.
  • Confidence in a customer facing role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry to CRM.
  • A customer focused approach. 
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and build rapport with all TradieSpec Departments as required.
  • Current Drivers licence.   

Requirements 

Essential: 

  • Team Orientated, Respectful and Kind. 
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience within a motor vehicle leasing, rental or Fleet Sales environment or similar.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills. 
  • Excellent and professional communication. 
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills. 
  • Ability to gather, collate and report on learnings or findings from a task. 
  • Ability to learn and use multiple systems including CRM software.
  • Professionally presented. 
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously, manage your own workload.
