About you
As the Sales Account Manager, you are responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships to drive revenue growth. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position is based within our NSW Office in Smithfield.
This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager - Non-Retail.

Here are some of your responsibilities:
- Increasing sales and representation to Trade Specialist and Volume End users to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Identify additional Sales Accounts to service geographical distribution gaps.
- Grow relationships with a wide circle of volume end users to specifically allow better feedback of customer wants and needs.
- Contribute forecast and new product analysis.

- Hunger for sales, a born hunter.
- Able to build a strong rapport
To be qualify for this role, you need:
- Sound and thorough product knowledge
- Trade or similar industrial equipment experience highly regarded.
- Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office
- At least 3-year experience within the industry is a preference.
