To continue this success, Berwick Mitsubishi is seeking an experienced customer focused Sales Administration Assistant to join their Award Winning Sales Department!
As a Sales Administration Assistant you’ll provide administrative support to the Phone Sales Team. Your customer focused approach combined with your exceptional time management skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment will ensure your success!
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately and efficiently enter Sales Deals and appointments into Autoplay
- Follow up outstanding sales information liaising with both customers and sales consultants
- Ensure sales leads are followed up in a timely manner in line with KPI’s
- Assist with phone calls, directing customers to the appropriate departments
What You Bring:
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills including MS Office, Teams, Outlook
- Ability to learn new systems and follow establishes processes
- A vibrant and dynamic approach
- An enthusiastic and can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer enquiries at any one time
