An exciting opportunity has come up at Manor Real Estate to work alongside an industry lead, co-founder and Director - Igor Jugovic.
Igor is seeking a hard-working, reliable and trustworthy individual who wants to elevate their career as a personal assistant. Supporting both Igor and his sales team of 3 staff - this role is the pivotal to the teams success.
Duties:
- Client management and communications
- Assisting Igor and his team - ad hoc tasks, admin, emails, phone calls, text blasts
- Sourcing quotes for marketing collateral
- Booking in photography, open homes, appointments and auctions with vendors and external stakeholders
- Organising calendars for team
- Daily calendar management for Igor
- Ensuring that client experience and marketplace interactions are on point
- Being the conduit of information between Igor & team
- Database entry and clean up
- Collating information for marketing collateral
- Ad hoc tasks for Igor
Specific requirements:
- Previous experience in a PA or Office Management capacity
- Ideally come with Real Estate experience or have traded property so that you are conversant of processes and transaction requirements
- Have great energy, capacity to operate at a high-level / fast pace and a positive / proactive nature
- Live within an easy commute of Castle Hill
- Available full time (Monday - Friday 8-5pm)
