Accounts, Admin and Sales Support Officer - Wholesaler - Pyrmont

Our client is a global business that specialises in the distribution and wholesale of goods across Australia and New Zealand. They pride themselves on delivering fantastic products to their customers and clients which has resulted in continual growth. They have a fantastic open plan head office based in Pyrmont with modern fixtures and natural light. It is a great company that is now looking for an Accounts, Admin, and Sales Support Officer to come on board. They also offer a hybrid working arrangement.
The Role
This is a full-time permanent position working in a small team. It is a hands-on position role where your duties include:
- Data entry of sales orders and purchase orders
- Invoicing clients and order confirmation
- Liaising with the sales team
- Handling enquiries from customers
- Coordinating with BDMs and vendors
- Administration support duties
To be considered for this Accounts and Sales Support Officer position, our client is happy to consider a candidate from either background:
- A Sales Support / administration officer who enjoys accounting duties and wants to move towards a more blended role
- An Accounts Officer / Clerk or AR Officer who is happy to take on some administrative duties
