Sales Administration / Customer Service Officer

At Khazma Aluminium we manufacture Aluminium Windows and Doors and have been in the industry for over 25 years. We pride ourselves in great Customer Service and quality is our first priority.  

This role entails the following: 

• Travelling to and from our Head Office at 13 Mount Erin Road Campbelltown NSW 2560.
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. 
• Assisting customers with their enquires through phone/email/face to face. 
• Completing Quotations, Invoicing, Taking and Processing orders. 
• Following up with customers and making sure all customers' needs are met. 
• Working together as a Team. 

We are looking for applicants with the follow attributes: 

• Excellent Customer Service is a must. 
• Reliable.  
• Has Time Management Skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Computer literate (Competent in Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Fast Learner
• Has a “can do” attitude
• Can work independently and in within a team environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing and construction sector is an advantage.
