About the Role
As an Sales Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Sales team in providing excellent customer service levels at all times.
- Work closely with Partner Managers to provide quotes, product samples and other information to prospective and new customers.
- Handle customer enquiries by email and phone.
- Support Account Managers provide quotes, preparing order details, and submit design jobs to the design team.
- Other ad hoc sales support and marketing work as required.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Be organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- A “can-do” attitude and positive outlook, with a focus on problem solving.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Preferably at least 1-2 years experience in a customer service role.
