Nero Financial is a fast-growing commercial brokerage with offices in Melbourne and the Gold Coast. We work with a high-volume of business clients Australia-wide to support their financial growth and stability, priding ourselves on a fast and efficient service. We offer a full-suite of commercial finance including unsecured and secured options, in partnership with a wide lender panel including specialty and private lenders.
This role is based in our Ormeau office and will suit a proactive, organised and financially-motivated sales administrator. You may have an interest in becoming a commercial broker.
As the Client Support Manager you will be a first point of contact for our clients. You'll work directly with one of our Commercial Brokers to support him in day-to-day deal facilitation and administration. A proven process is in place, although your input is encouraged to continually evolve and improve this.
Responsibilities include:
- Qualification of inbound enquiries (high volume)
- Document collection, including ID and credit checks
- Basic compliance management
- Lender liaison to monitor deal progress
- Issue invoices to clients
- Client post-settlement care & retargeting
- Ad hoc administration
Over time, you will have the opportunity to learn the ropes of commercial broking, with the view of moving into an autonomous broker role in future.
The successful applicant will be exceptionally organised, proactive and experienced in juggling multiple tasks at once. You must be a good communicator with a professional and friendly phone manner. Experience working in a commercial finance brokerage is beneficial, but not essential.
