Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Sales Support and Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinate property listings, including uploading photos, descriptions, and other relevant details to our database and online platforms.
- Schedule property viewings and appointments, and communicate with clients and other stakeholders to confirm arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, sales activity, and client interactions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support sales efforts and identify potential leads or opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials and coordinating advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful completion of transactions and deliver a seamless experience for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency with real estate software and CRM’s is preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate practices, terminology, and regulations would be a bonus, but not essential..
