Job description

Our Luton Offices pride themselves on providing an inclusive, supportive, and positive team environment. We are now seeking the skills of a full time Sales Administrator in one of our offices. You will be required to contribute the provision of quality services by providing administrative support to the Sales Team.


Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to:
• Design signboards with Campaign track template.
• Sales flyer designing with Campaign track template.
• Organise Settlement gifts.
• Collection of keys for owner for settlement.
• Organise key drop off after settlement/pre-exchange.
• Book appointments-photos, building reports, pre settlement & exchange.
• Confirm appointments.
• Add open home times.
• Add text to Agentbox and Campaign track.
• Label and order photos.
• Chase contract and marketing payments.
• Prepare prelisting kits.
• Arrange key pickups for stylist, building inspectors etc.
• Prepare Open home packs.
• Confident, engaging, with superior communication skills are a MUST.
• Build relationships and contacts .
• Good computer skills, knowledge & understanding of the industry & RE market.
• Prepare necessary paperwork.
• Assist in property auctions or exchanges.
• Assist in maintaining and updating listings of available properties.
• Develop networks and cooperate with lawyers, mortgage lenders and contractors.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
 

Requirements:
• Proven track of successful administration support
• Ability to work independently and combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Complete work experience. You must have gained at least 12 months full-time experience as an agent’s representative at any time during the last 3 years immediately before applying for a license.

Performance Management:
• Attend regular meetings for sales team.
• Ensure best practices and compliance for all functions are carried out
• Meet teams and individual KPI’s.
• Attend one on ones as required with Senior Sales Staff in the form of meetings, and written communications.
• Maintain key relationships with other departments.
• Ensure workflow is completed in a timely manner.
• Resolve any Conflict with assistance of Senior Sales staff.
 

Summary:
The Sales Support position is a highly valued position within the Luton Organisation. The person in this role will have autonomy in managing all tasks required for the Sales Support position. You must be able to work effectively with a range of key stakeholders to effectively reach positive outcomes in growth, customer service and revenue.
