We are looking for someone who can manage data, support sales administration, and assist in marketing efforts to ensure smooth operations and successful sales.
Responsibilities
Supporting Sales administration with data management ranging from appraisals to exchanges and settlements
Preparing appraisals – hard copy/soft copies/email correspondence
Managing administration, compliance and marketing for agent’s listings
Posting and updating internet sales ads on websites
Preparing marketing cost spreadsheet and invoices management
Organising marketing material including brochures, signboards, drop cards
Initial design to print drop cards, monthly magazine, sold booklets, any printed material as requested
Reception duties
Key handling
General office duties
Qualifications/Skills
Real estate experience preferred
Certificate of Registration/License Class 2
Drivers License
Canva – intermediate
Graphic design skills an advantage but not critical
Software Experience

Property Tree
Canva
Microsoft Office

Paint/Paint 3D
Adobe Acrobat
Indesign/Photoshop (desirable)
