Choices Flooring Erina is a locally owned family business. We have a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are currently looking to fill the part-time role of a Sales Administration Assistant. Reporting to the Store Manager, we require an enthusiastic individual with the ability to self-manage, work autonomously and work within a Team.
You will be required to provide the store with general administration support along with Sales Administration support.
Relevant training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and handle enquiries through our showroom via email or phone
- Updating price stickers in showroom
- Keeping showroom clean and tidy
- Efficient scheduling of measure appointments for our clients
- Excellent communication and customer service skills will enable you to successfully contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Clerical skills to provide and update sales and customer records.
- Attending to all office administrative tasks including scanning, copying, and printing
- Data Entry
- Filing
- General office maintenance including, but not limited to ensuring the kitchen and common areas are kept in a clean and tidy state.
Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Self motivated with great attention to detail and highly organised
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Sales administration experience highly regarded but not essential.
