Job Description
As Sales Administrator your key responsibilities would include:
- Supporting the broader admin and sales team, working collaboratively to ensure smooth sales and customer service processes.
- Confirming appointments for customers set by our sales consultants, providing exceptional service and support.
- Coordinating solar installations with customers and installers as well as site visits.
- Liasing with consultants and installers to ensure that schedules are managed and watertight.
- Check and Approve timesheets.
- Track and manage employee bonuses, send to accounts for payment.
- Assist with the onboarding/offboarding of employees and resellers.
- Assist with organising company events (Rising Stars, Team Nights, Team Bonding Activities).
