This full-service agency lead by a highly regarded industry professional is now seeking a Sales Administrator to support two of the top billers in the Northern Beaches. This opportunity will see you collaborating with one of the industry’s most recognized names. Operating out of a picturesque office based in Sydney's Northern Beaches, this is a high-profile agency that is built team comprised of professional and dedicated individuals who are always going from strength to strength!
The Role:
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting two of the top billers in the Northern Beaches
- Preparing and attending listing presentations
- Organising and attending photoshoots
- Attending open homes
- Organising and delivering vendor gifts
- Handling all potential buyer enquiries
- Customer care and liaison with vendors
- Managing social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram
- General administration duties
Skills & Requirements
A current Certificate of Registration is essential to be considered. We are seeking a committed, loyal, and enthusiastic individual that can work both in a team and autonomously. A successful candidate will attribute:
