The client we are working with is a leader within the environmental technology industries. They are growing and prospering for over 120 years and are operating across 32 locations nationally.
 

About the role

  • The role is 10am - 6pm. 
  • Manage customer portals to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
  • Assist in overseeing responses to inquiries sent to the Major Service email, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and complaints, resolving them promptly within specified guidelines. Escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain the accuracy of customer information in databases through regular updates.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Successfully undertake special projects and tasks assigned by management.
  • Provide excellent service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Recognize and communicate business-impacting issues, escalating them to the Major Account Group Manager when necessary.
  • Assist colleagues and contribute to team knowledge for improved performance.
  • Encourage individual and collective responsibility for meeting performance standards and fostering ongoing improvement.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and reporting of new company initiatives, policies, procedures, and products.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency in terms of cost and enhancing customer value.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required to support operational efficiency.
 

About you
 

  • Ability to work in a multi-skilled team to achieve set objectives;
  • Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft word, excel and outlook applications.
  • Organisational and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to effectively manage planned/unplanned workloads
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve customer needs in a timely manner
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Need to have a can-do attitude and willing to learn
  • Full working rights is necessary.
