Due to growth, our client is now looking for a switched-on administrator who can come on board to keep them on track and on target. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for all sales administration support for the high performing selling Principals. The Position
The purpose of the Sales Administrator role is to provide admin support to the client and internal stakeholders, as follows:
- Assisting sales and customer team members with general business, administrative projects and/or ad-hoc duties including training in computer systems and processes as required
- Liaising with agents, legal representatives and sales/ marketing staff on a regular basis
- Generation and processing of Agency Agreements, deeds and other general documentation
- Raising and processing of invoices
- Attend operations and sales meetings including taking meeting minutes
- Perform other administrative tasks, as required, to support sales, customer and operations activities
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Administrator will have:
- Previous real estate experience, ideally in a sales admin/marketing and/or Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role supporting an Agent/team
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Immaculate personal presentation is a must
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong administrative skills with great time management
- Ability to work autonomously and is an excellent multi-tasker
- Great customer focussed attitude
- Ability to build rapport and have outstanding communication skills
