We’re leaders in sustainable heating and hot water solutions and we’re looking for a Sales Administrator extraordinaire that has exceptional interpersonal skills, a ‘can-do’ customer focused attitude, and is highly organised and detailed oriented.
This role is working onsite at our head office in Epping, Melbourne.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with customer queries over the phone and via email by providing solutions to queries where possible or directing them to the most appropriate sales consultant.
- Keeping our CRM updated with accurate information – essentially becoming our CRM champion, ensuring information is a source of truth (training will be provided).
- Updating performance matrices and dashboards with the latest data.
- Provide support to the team on quoting, invoicing, and order processing as well as liaising across departments to ensure all required information is available for a smooth customer experience.
- Manage sales calendar of events, helping to coordinate trade shows and client visits.
- Arranging client and company catering as required.
- Following up tenders and assist with all things customer and sales admin related!
