About the Role:
Are you a dynamic and outgoing individual with a flair for design, a methodical mindset and a high attention to detail? We want you to join our ambitious and collaborative team as a Sales Administrator. This onsite role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact and provides exciting pathways for career progression. You'll work under the guidance of the Sales Administrator - Team Lead, playing a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and providing outstanding service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in generating quotes, proposals, and documents.
- Assist with tender submissions for sales management review.
- Prepare detailed take-offs.
- Negotiate best prices and lead times with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate document control.
- Provide outstanding customer service – incoming and outgoing calls.
- General administration tasks.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in a sales administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
- Efficient at learning and navigating computer software.
- Takes ownership and initiative.
- A positive can-do attitude and team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Experience using CRMs is desirable, but not essential.
- Previous experience interpreting plans and specifications from clients and builders is desirable, but not essential.
