Temporary Sales Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Temporary Sales Administrator to join their team for a Temporary Assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting Sales Team
• Client Communication
• Document Preparation
• Execute pre- listing process, listing and sales process
• Working extensively with; Inspect Real Estate, Outlook, Microsoft Suite, OneDrive, MultyArray. 
• Liaising with settlement agents, buyers and sellers through the listing to settlement process

Skills & Experience 

• Previous Reception and Sales Administration experience essential
• Corporate presentation & confident demeanour
• Excellent computing skills & attention to detail
• Confident personality to manage enquires professionally
• Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise workload
