Welcome to Blackbird. We are looking for a new superstar to join our Team as a part-time Sales Administrator.
This role allows the opportunity for growth and career progression with the support of a large team that wants you to succeed and help you be the best that you can be.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the existing Sales Team.
- Working closely with multiple Senior Sales Agents as well as Commercial Property Managers.
- Accurately prepare and process Agency Agreements and Sales Contracts.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns and administration.
- Client liaison with a high level of communication with vendors, purchasers, brokers, conveyancers, and suppliers.
- Supporting the Taplin Team with any general administration tasks as required.
- Thorough database management including updating and recording digital records.
- Assist in the project management of our residential developments.
