Hays Office Support are delighted to partner with an industry leader who specialises in building and construction products. Located in Dandenong South, we are seeking a passionate Sales Administrator who is looking for their next challenge.
Your new role
Your duties and responsibilities will include
- Support the production team in processing sales orders via an online system and preparing relevant documents required to begin production
- Print relevant labels and tags are required to identify specific products, and ensure these are correct with internal data-based coding.
- Inform B2B customers of any issues or delays to scheduled production/delivery
- Document filing of all invoiced orders in the filing systems
- Manage warehouse storage occupancy
- Produce invoice for payment - follow up on any outstanding payments
- Monday to Thursday 7:15am - 4:00PM
- Friday 7:15am - 1:30pm
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
- Logistics and production administration experience would be desired though not essential.
- Software skills : MS Suite excel, outlook, word and some basic accounting software experience
- Sales administration experience, ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to take ownership of the role and offer improvement strategies where necessary
