The Role:
Due to the continued growth there is an outstanding opportunity available for a Sales Administrator to join this close-knit and well-resourced team. They offer endless opportunities to progress your career and want someone to become part of their family.
- Check Contracts to ensure all paperwork is present and current
- Process sales from exchange through to settlement
- Receive and process sales advice
- Verify sales, and customer’s personal information
- Generate settlement letters and EFT for Directors to sign
- Update data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic filing
- Support the property management department with overflow of administration
- Adhoc office administration
The Person:
- Previous real estate admin, leasing, or sales experience
- Valid real estate certificate
- Must have strong administration and verbal skills
- Be serious about a career in real estate
