Sales Administrator

The Role:

Due to the continued growth  there is an outstanding opportunity available for a Sales Administrator to join this close-knit and well-resourced team. They offer endless opportunities to progress your career and want someone  to become part of their family.

• Check Contracts to ensure all paperwork is present and current
• Process sales from exchange through to settlement
• Receive and process sales advice
• Verify sales, and customer’s personal information
• Generate settlement letters and EFT for Directors to sign
• Update data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic filing 
• Support the property management department with overflow of administration
• Adhoc office administration

The Person:

• Previous real estate admin, leasing, or sales experience
• Valid real estate certificate
• Must have strong administration and verbal skills
• Be serious about a career in real estate
