About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional Customer Service, managing administration duties, assisting with sales inquiries, and handling data entry tasks.
This position requires someone who is punctual, possesses good computer skills, demonstrates excellent initiative, and maintains a high level of motivation to keep busy. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, personable, and committed to delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and manage reception duties effectively
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records using computer systems
Assist customers in selecting the right flooring products to meet their needs
Ensure the showroom is well-presented and stocked with inventory
Work independently and efficiently, demonstrating reliability when left alone
Requirements:
Availability to work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent Customer Service
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on tasks as needed
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
Professional presentation and demeanor

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
This will be a full time role, starting on a casual basis.
