Our client is a successful and rapidly expanding manufacturing organisation located in Warriewood. Working in head office with a dynamic and collaborative team of around 90 staff, this role is responsible for delivering high level, accurate and friendly customer service to their clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients
- Act as a key point for customer contact
- Manage supplier reports
- Update internal registers
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to create accurate and detailed customer reports
- Responding to ad-hoc customer enquiries relating to status updates, order process etc
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with cross-functional teams
- General office administration - maintaining supplies, post etc
This is a full time office based position with standard hours 8.30am - 5.00pm and the salary guide is $70,000 + Super.
