- Managing incoming ticket requests
- Troubleshooting issues in third-party operations platforms
- Providing Technical Support for the creation of automated forms
- Managing integration's between third-party platforms
- Assisting various teams with data preparation for reports
- Offering Technical Support for ad-hoc projects
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience working with third-party platforms
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Proficiency in Zendesk, GoToConnect, Mailchimp, Zapier, and EmailOctopus is highly advantageous
- Proactive with a quick grasp of system processes
