Customer Technical Support

This temporary role offers a 4-5 week commitment with an immediate start, providing a wonderful opportunity to contribute and grow in a supportive environment.Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming ticket requests
• Troubleshooting issues in third-party operations platforms
• Providing Technical Support for the creation of automated forms
• Managing integration's between third-party platforms
• Assisting various teams with data preparation for reports
• Offering Technical Support for ad-hoc projects
• Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns

Selection Criteria:

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with third-party platforms
• Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Proficiency in Zendesk, GoToConnect, Mailchimp, Zapier, and EmailOctopus is highly advantageous
• Proactive with a quick grasp of system processes
• Flexible and adaptable
