Dustin's Auto Sales is a family owned and operated used car dealership located in Darwin. If your passionate about cars and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! For over 20 years Dustin's Autos has been providing quality used vehicles across the Territory and Australia.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous finance experience preferred.
- 38 hours per week Tuesday (8.30 to 5pm) to Saturday (8.30 to 1pm)
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Right to work in Australia is essential.
- Current manual drivers' license is essential.
- Excellent computer skills are essential in this roles including experience with Outlook, Outlook Calendar, writing professional customer emails, sending prompt and accurate invoices.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Professional and friendly customer service, ability to listen to the needs of the customer to help select the right vehicle.
- Price negotiation and close sale.
- Providing post-delivery support.
- Outside work required including moving vehicles, changing signs and ensuring the vehicles are well displayed.
- A sense of humour, patience and the ability to mind read would also go a long way.
- Managing email and phone enquiries in a timely manner.
- Delivering vehicles.
- Collaborate with office support and sales team to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Process finance applications for customer vehicle loans.
