Our award-winning winery, located just outside Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our close-knit team.
The Sales and Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting various sales functions within the winery, including retail/wholesale sales, Ecommerce, cellar door, marketing, and wine clubs. This position involves a diverse range of tasks aimed at maximising sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing Sales and Marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand awareness.
• Manage customer inquiries and orders, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of Sales and Marketing activities.
• Assist in organising and attending promotional events, tastings, and trade shows.
• Maintain accurate records of Sales and Marketing activities, including customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably within the wine industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive and results-driven attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Knowledge of wine and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing that knowledge with others.
• Hold a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
