What the role looks like:
This is a part-time position that could be 2 or 3 days per week.
- Develop, produce, and schedule daily content (reels, posts, stories) across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Shoot and edit original content, images, and videos for socials at all locations within the business – Toorak, Malvern and Moorabbin.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute in-house content aligned with campaign briefs and business objectives.
- Use performance-based reporting to guide content creation strategies.
- Manage community interactions on Social Media, responding to customer queries promptly.
- Use analytics to report weekly on performance across channels.
- Ability to identify and engage with Social Media trends in a way that is relevant for the brand voice.
- Up-to-date with online accessibility requirements, laws, technology updates and best practices on Social Media.
- Support Marketing Manager in generating dynamic marketing content for digital (klaviyo), creating flows and segmenting audiences for high engagement.
About You:
- Exemplary understanding and knowledge of the Social Media landscape and various platforms.
- Experience with Social Media planning, scheduling and reporting tools.
- Experience with content capture and editing, with a focus on video.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, display initiative and take on new responsibilities.
- Well-developed time management, analytical and organisation skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
