Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our Global Logistics business based in Sydney. Working Monday to Friday, you will assist with the bid coordination process and support the Business Development and the Marketing function of the Retail, Consumer and Automotive (RCA) unit nationally. As part of the team, you will assist in all matters relating to Sales and Marketing, business development and customer relationship management. This role will be pivotal with ensuring RCA achieve its strategic goals.

As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will:
Provide bid and sales support activity in line with Toll’s bid strategy.
Deliver world class presentation material and sales material, achieved through developing content in line with Toll service offering and capabilities that are consistent with Toll branding.
Coordinate where required in the creation of bid documentation for allocated bids in line with the Business Development Lead to ensure the buying behaviour of the customer is reflected in bid documentation.
Maintain the content and image library ensuring material is up to date and available to key stakeholders.
Assisting with the development, roll out and ongoing compliance of the relevant governance structure and bid management processes and practices for Toll.
Coordinate the review and distribution of online customer enquiries received via the Toll website, including sales requests, invitations to tender across Toll
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
5+ years experience within a Sales and Marketing position.
Exceptional time management, planning and organisational skills.
Superior communication skills – both written and verbal.
Capability to liaise with all levels of management and internal/external stakeholders.
Intermediate MS Office Suite skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with graphic design or Adobe Creative Suite highly regarded.
