As part of our growth strategy, we have created the new role of Sales and Marketing Manager. This role will work closely with our Service and Commercial teams and is pivotal to driving our business expansion and increasing market presence. This is a unique opportunity, with the position playing a key role in shaping the future of our company, driving revenue growth and enhancing our reputation in the marketplace.
As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing: -
- the development of sales policy, strategy and procedures;
- the development, implementation and performance of marketing activities including social media and digital campaigns, advertising and creative projects; and
- the customer relationship process including tenders, and the strategy for retaining and growing the customer base.
Our Wish List
To be a standout for this role, you'll have a minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant field and be able to tick the following boxes: -
- Demonstrably results driven;
- A passion for marketing and sales excellence and a commitment to elevating brand standards in the trade services industry;
- Strong networks coupled with ability to manage and maintain complex relationships with stakeholders;
- Solid track record of formulating and directing Sales and Marketing strategies;
- Strong decision-making capabilities;
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration and delegation skills;
- Core management skills at a senior level: problem solving, briefing, priority setting, financial planning & performance management.
- Core leadership skills at a senior level: active listening, giving/getting feedback, coaching, translating strategy to action and consistently high standard expectations.;
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline;
- Strong commercial acumen;
- Knowledge and experience of the trade services industry will be highly regarded.

This is a full-time role based in our Fyshwick office.
