Raeon International (Victoria) is a Melbourne-based property specialist team, providing expertise service in property ownership, investment and management. Raeon International's point of difference is our success and experience in global property marketing and management for local and international customers.

Globally we have a track record of selling 100s of millions in sales in the last 7 years since inception, with most of these sales in Melbourne and around Australia.

We are seeking to employ a highly competent Sales and Marketing Manager to join our Team in Melbourne. This role requires a leader that is able to create and develop a team to further expand Raeon’s sales in the Melbourne and Australian market. This position is ideal for a high-caliber property marketing specialist with extensive experience in dealing with clientele from the Asian Market.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Manage Raeon’s Australia’s local market sales division (including within Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide) which targets Asian migrants proactively for new real estate development projects.
  • Plan and develop new relationship with local real estate developers and/or vendors
  • Organise and direct the local team for marketing activities at premium location with real estate developers
  • Organise and coordinate face-to-face marketing events, real estate property project launch events, business development, built display suites events with the developers, vendors, channel agents
  • Develop and implement proactive marketing strategies to achieve Raeon’s sales targets for various target markets within Australia.
  • Direct the development and implement strategies to promote Raeon’s property sales and management services to new migrants coming to Australia from Hong Kong under the new Hong Kong visa pathway implemented by the Australian government in 2022
  • Establish system and assist with boosting property investment projects for new Asian migrants in Australia
  • Direct the development and implement strategies to build and maintain Raeon’s organisation’s image and reputation with its customers, investors, vendors, developers, channel agents, owners corporations and/or any other stakeholders.
  • Direct the development and implement strategies from the property market research and trends for sustainable sales within Australia conducted by the Australian and Hong Kong team.
  • Liaise with purchasers and vendors/developers to ensure mutual satisfaction in view of promoting further sales and develop system to assist with the implementation of retaining customers.
  • Direct the development and implement strategies for proactive pre-settlement and post-settlement customers care to create new sales from existing customer pool.
  • Direct the development and implement strategies to capture local market targeting newly arrived Asian migrants.
  • Provide training to local staff on the requirements and needs for newly arrived Asian migrants

Given the nature of this job, the position will be on-site in our Melbourne office (as a lot of the work required face-to-face meetings with stakeholders) but we can consider having flexible arrangement if you required. We have leading technology and advanced software platforms and resources, which can enable you to achieve through efficiency of working with us. Our HR manager will discuss possible solutions with you.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven record of high-level sales skills with at least 10 years’ property marketing experience focused on OTP and new projects.
  • Experience in provision of leadership to establish a sales team of 10 people or more based on Asian clientele.
  • Ability to adopt and understanding the demands and needs of Asian clientele.
  • Ability to streamline procedures and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies including sales and human resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to long-term employment with tangible productivity.
  • Ability to provide training to staff in Australia to meet the needs and demand of newly arrived Asian migrants
  • Ability to speak and write Mandarin and Cantonese fluently will be preferable but not a must
  • Ability to use new technology and certain application such as WeChat, Line, Telegram as required from the Hong Kong and South East Asian market will be preferable
  • Experience developing strategies for developers to market their project to the specified target audience
  • Track record of managing high net worth clients and excellent understanding of Hong Kong and South East Asian clients in their investment interests in Australia.
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of the working system in Hong Kong when dealing with Australian transaction to ensure smooth settlement and relationship management with stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate with third party channel companies to further enhance Raeon’s target market reach.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $180,000.00 – $220,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission
