About the role
In this role, you will be selling Tyro's unique product suite to a range of inbound and primarily warm leads over the phone. Your pipeline will range from small to large businesses with a key focus to sell Tyro’s products and convey its value proposition. Our customers are spread across three main verticals; Hospitality, Retail & Health.

What you'll do- Uphold and contribute to Tyro’s strong risk culture by complying with our policies, completing mandatory training and identifying and managing risks within your day-to-day work
- Making in excess of 60 outbound calls to warmer leads to sell Tyro’s solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and scorecard metrics, demonstrating consistent and sustained performance.
- Generate referrals for new business by fostering strong relationships with new customers
- Act as point of reference for your peers seeking your
- Making sure that Customer Satisfaction targets with newly recruited businesses are met
- Proactively seek to expand their knowledge on Tyro’s products and services and stay up to date with any changes
- Work with on-boarding specialists, customer support, and risk assessment to ensure customers have an excellent on-boarding experience
- Has a detailed understanding of Tyro and competitor pricing, and can complete cost comparisons and business proposals as required; without assistance (after training).
